What is a microchurch?
We define a microchurch/house church/home church as a stand-alone gathering of 25 or fewer adults that seeks to only multiply into other stand-alone microchurches and has no intentions of growing into a traditional church.
How many people can be in my microchurch account?
Up to 25 people can be part of one microchurch account.
What if I have more than 25 people in my microchurch?
We encourage you to review our other account options for churches with greater than 25 people. Learn about our other account tiers here and schedule a free demo with our team.
Right now, we have 25 or fewer members in our microchurch. What happens if we grow in the coming months or years?
We define a microchurch/house church/home church as a stand-alone gathering of 25 or fewer adults that seeks to only multiply into other stand-alone microchurches and has no intentions of growing into a traditional church. The microchurch subscription with RightNow Media is limited to 25 users. If you want to add more users, we will need to discuss an upgrade to the small church subscription plan.
Can I sign my small group up for this account? (We’re not a microchurch—we’re part of a larger church that is not currently subscribed to RightNow Media.)
The microchurch subscription is limited to a stand-alone gathering of 25 or fewer adults that seeks to only multiply into other stand-alone microchurches and has no intentions of growing into a traditional church. Our decision not to offer small group subscriptions to our platform is driven by our belief in the significance of the church’s mission. By equipping churches with the necessary tools, RightNow Media aims to foster and enhance biblical community. Therefore, if you wish to have access to RightNow Media, we would love to share how this resource could benefit your entire church.
Is the microchurch account different in its offering (library and video availability, features, etc.) than a standard RightNow Media subscription?
The offering is the same as a standard subscription, with the addition of a curated library made with microchurches in mind.
After I subscribe, what type of support or training is available?
Once you subscribe, you’ll receive a series of emails to help walk you through the RightNow Media platform and learn about the features that can help you and your members get the most from your subscription. You also have 24/7 access to our Help Desk, which includes feature FAQs and easy step-by-step tutorials.

What if my microchurch is tax exempt?
Learn more about tax exemption with a RightNow Media account here. Once submitted, it takes one to two business days for tax-exempt status to go into effect. Note: RightNow Media is unable to refund taxes charged to a customer.
What is the refund / cancellation policy?
All payments are non-refundable. If you ever decide to stop using RightNow Media, we require a 30-day notice which can be submitted by calling us at 972-560-4000.
